A scammer from Kokshaysk or Yoshkar-Ola or St.Petersburg

'I am requesting a full background check with current photograph and deliver of flowers. Can the flowers be delivered within the next 48 hours? If you can include a card with the flowers, please have it say: "Dearest Irishka - you make my day bright, so I wanted to make your day bright. I love you. Love, Matt"

Below is the information that I have. I have spoken to her on the telephone one time so I believe she is legitimate, however I'm sure everyone thinks that! :-)

Her name is Zagoskina Irina Vladimirovna. Birthday is March 2, 1978. She is from Kokshaysk, but currently lives in Yoshkar Ola with her friend Nady.

Her Yoshkar-Ola address is:
street Karla Libknexta, the house 71, apartments 32. An index 424032

She goes back and forth between Yoshkar-Ola and Kokshaysk. If she cannot be found in Yoshkar-Ola, please attempt delivery and check address of her parents in Kokshaysk. This address is:

Republic Mari El. Village Kokshaisk, a street Zavodskay, the house 9. An index 424000

She has a previous address in St.Petersburg, which she just left about a month ago. She was in school there. Although no longer at this address, if you need it for your background check this is it:

This is our scam investigation report:

It is scam. The address "street Karla Libknexta. the house 71. apartments 32" exists. However, the apartment was empty. We asked the neighbors who lived there. This is what they told us. This apartment belonged to an old woman who died some years ago. It was inherited by one her relatives. He rented the apartment to a young family (husband, wife and a child) but they left several months ago and since then it is empty. The neighbors have never heard about a person named "Irina Zagoskina".

And we have already investigated the Zavodskaya street in Kokshaysk. It doesn't exist.
