A Scammer lives in a factory in Cheboksary

'Let me tell you a little bit about myself and my situation, I have been checking many website lately, and I must say that I came across your agency clearly by accident. I was very pleased with the many services that EECL has to offer your agency has to offer.

Let me now tell you a little about myself first, I'm a 56 yr old black male, single no children and has never been married from Texas USA. I'm just at a point in my life that I would like settle down with the right woman to start a family with. I have found through my many researches lately that European woman are more family oriented, sincerely care about there husband and family and poses great family values, opposed to most American women and they really stick by there man's side during any crises there life's and they are NOT so materlisted about things in life. I want myself and my future wife to become my friend, lover and soul mate to grow old together and have a wonder life and family together.

I've been reading about the growing popularity of Internet romance that has led to the growth of fraudulent on-line activity in Russia directed at Americans and others outside Russia.the increasing number of Internet Russian women scam from your website and others. I've met what appears to be a very, nice young lady from a dating sites named Amigos.com, she appears to be sincere and honest with me so far.. about her intent to travel to the US. We really like each other a lot woman and we have been corresponding with one another via-email for nearly two months now. I would like for her visit me in the near future on a Tourist Visa B-2 for 6 months to see if we have a real future together. She stated that she would like to use a Travel Agency of a close friends Aunt who works there in the city of Moscow. However, I believe that her price quotes were to expensive for me.  So far... I have not been able to find any bad warning signs about her from this site. I just DO NOT want to make the same pit falls and mistake's losing monies as so many men have made in America and abroad  She stated the usual scenario after only a few emails to me of romantic interest, and marriage intentions, over the Internet. Now she has requested monies in the amount of $650.00 to be wired to her via Western Union Service for Passport, Visa, Travel Expense to Moscow and Hotel stay to file documents at the American Russian Embassy. I'm just approaching this matter with a word of "Caution". I'm just trying not to make any mistakes in my life at this time without becoming a victim of any SCAMS... This situation is all about TRUST! I feel the biggest question on every man's mind is, " how can I trust a woman that I have never met before?" How can I invest so much time, effort and money into a dream thousands of miles away?" There's an old saying in America that says...Fool Me Once Shame on Me... Fool Me Twice Shame on You.  She is not a member of your agency or any other agency as far as I know, nor am I a member. She is single 28 yrs. old white female her growth is 167 centimeters, weighting  54 kg blond hair and blue eyes from near by Cheboksary City, with no children and live with her parents and sisters. I would just like for your agency to assist her in submitting the forums for her K1 Full Visa Fiancee services , Passport to ensure that the document's are being processed in a timely matter and for her to await for the US Embassy in Russia to contact your company as of a time frame upon there completion of this process. Or perhaps that your agency can provide these many requested services for me and her. I would like to Prepay for your company services on her behalf at which time your company can notify her and me of the times and dates for her scheduled interviews at the US Embassy Russia. She has stated to me that she has all of her required documents, letters from each other that she needs to begin the process, she was just now awaiting for me to wire her the monies she needed for the processing.

I've also contacted the Consular Assistant ACS/CONS US Embassy Moscow  Mr. Igor Krivoshey he directed me to many government websites in my pursue of this matter. However, I've been looking for a agency that has a personal interest and involvement and to ensure that this young lady is the right choice for me.  I have made a promise to her parents to take care of there lovely daughter and to protect her in my country until death do us part. They are a little worry about her going so far away, but they realize she is seeking a better life abroad. I would just like to utilize your other services at the agency as stated in this email.I currently have a passport myself, I would just need to apply for my Visa in the near future to someday visit your wonderful, beautiful and historic country in the future and to spend time with her and her family after her stay in my country for 6 months. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR GRATITUDE for your personal advice and insight on approaching this matter after your company completes there background investigation.

Thank You Sirs.

Mr. Willie M.

This is our scam investigation report:

The final report is that "Evgenia Morozova" is a professional scammer. "She" is posted on some blacklists. The letter posted resembles letters which you received.

Hvedi Street really existed long time ago but it doesn't exist anymore. But even then it was a purely industrial area without living blocks. The attached pictures show the area where Hvedi Street was located long time ago.

We also check her Russian Passport Number 55-01-623857. It was issued in an absolutely different place, in Nenets Autonomous District, in North of Russia.

The scam report posted by another man and the non-existent address leave no doubt that it is pure scam.

You can "play" with the scammers to get more information. You can write to "Evgenia Morozova" that you ordered a gift delivery but the gift company reported that the address didn't exist. Ask "her" to give you "her" REAL address and phone number.
