Economics of Azov

There are many enterprise and factories in Azov: "Azov optician mechanical factory", "Donpressmash", "Factory of blacksmith's and pressing machines", "Electric-mechanical factory", "Azov shipyard", "factory of stocks and gloves", "Azov footwear factory", "Azovfish", "Factory of plastics".

There are garment, light, food (cans), furniture factories. Production of construction material (including reinforced concrete constructions).

In the Azov region corn, sunflower, wheat, vegetables, fruits are cultivated. Pigs, poultry, cattle are bread. There are deposits of natural gaz, clay, sand.
